Aurelia combines the clean finish and dependable specification expected in high-quality kitchen and fitted-furniture installations, while remaining straightforward for anyone planning their own lighting project.
Clear wattage, lumen output, dimensions, colour temperature, CRI, cable length, dimming and mounting information — without hunting through multiple documents.
The compact surface bezel fixes beneath the cabinet with no large recess cut-out, making Aurelia equally useful for new kitchens and retrofit projects.
Choose the finish and white light that suit the room, then add dimming, occupancy or cabinet-door control where required.
Our Project Builder calculates the compatible driver and guides you through controls, zones and accessories, so you do not have to perform the electrical matching yourself.
Aurelia combines a compact 16mm projection with a broad 120° beam and acrylic diffuser, creating practical worktop illumination without requiring a recessed installation.
The light snap-fits into a separate surface bezel. The bezel is secured beneath the cabinet first, giving a neat installation without cutting a large recess for the fitting.
Feed the fitted cable through the bezel. Use the built-in cable exit notch or drill a small cable hole where a concealed route is preferred.
Position the bezel beneath the cabinet and secure it using the supplied 2 × M3 × 10mm screws. Fixing centres are 51mm.
On the CCT version, choose 2700K, 4000K or 6000K using the selector on the rear of the light before snapping it into position.
Press the light securely into the mounted bezel. The rear selector and fixings are then hidden from view.
No. Aurelia fixes beneath the cabinet. The cable can exit through the bezel notch, or a small cable hole can be made where you want the cable hidden.
The fitting can be coordinated with handles, taps, sockets and surrounding materials rather than treated as an afterthought.
Clean, neutral and versatile — an easy match for contemporary hardware and appliances.
A more architectural choice that works particularly well with dark cabinetry, black handles and strong contrast schemes.
A warmer decorative finish designed to sit comfortably alongside brass hardware, timber and warmer stone surfaces.
Colour temperature changes the atmosphere of a room and the way cabinetry, worktops and finishes appear. Compare Warm, Natural and Cool White below — or choose CCT if you want the flexibility to try different shades in the finished room and change them again later.
A CCT under cabinet light gives you three selectable white-light settings in one fitting. Install Aurelia, see the lighting against your finished kitchen and choose the shade that feels right. You can change it again later without replacing the fitting or rewiring the lighting.
Try Warm, Natural and Cool White in the finished room, then change the setting again later.
Best for: maximum flexibility and anyone unsure which colour temperature to choose.A softer white for timber, warmer stone and relaxed interior schemes.
Best for: warm ambience when you already know the look you want.Balanced everyday kitchen task lighting, with the highest output of the fixed-white Aurelia options.
Best for: clean, balanced everyday task lighting.A crisper white for contemporary kitchens, cooler finishes and sharper visual contrast.

You choose the lights. We work out the power system. Aurelia is a 24V DC under cabinet light, so each lighting zone uses a compatible LED driver to convert the incoming mains supply to the 24V required by the fittings.
You do not need to calculate driver wattage, count connection ports or work out which accessories are required. Build each lighting zone and we match the compatible power system behind it.
The exact driver and accessories are matched to your project automatically.
The driver is sized from the combined wattage of the lights in that zone. Four Aurelia lights use 9.2W, for example, so an 8W driver would be too small and the Project Builder automatically selects the next suitable option.
Compatible 6-way distribution blocks expand the available light connections. One driver port feeds the block, which then provides six light connections. The Project Builder automatically adds the required quantity where needed.
No. Multiple Aurelia lights can operate from one compatible driver when they belong to the same lighting zone. Driver capacity and available connections determine how the lights are grouped.
A lighting zone is simply a group of lights that operate together. Create another zone whenever a different area needs its own driver, sensor or switching behaviour.
Six Aurelia lights operate together from one matched driver and one touch dimmer.
Three lights operate independently and switch automatically using a PIR occupancy sensor.
A separate cabinet-lighting group operates from its own driver and compatible door sensor.
The driver needs a mains connection on its input side. Choose fixed wiring for a permanent installation, or add the optional UK plug lead where a suitable socket will be used.
Any work involving the mains electrical supply should be carried out appropriately for the installation and applicable regulations.
One compatible sensor controls every Aurelia light connected to the same lighting zone. Choose manual touch dimming, hands-free occupancy control or automatic cabinet-door lighting — all designed to connect cleanly into the 24V driver system.
Best for everyday kitchen lighting
Tap to switch the entire zone on or off, then touch & hold to adjust the brightness to suit the room.
The sensor remembers your previously selected brightness level, so the lights return to your preferred setting when switched back on.
Best for hands-free lighting
Walk into the detection area and the whole lighting zone comes on automatically.
The lights remain on while movement or occupancy continues to be detected, then switch off around 30 seconds after movement stops.
Best for single-door cupboards
Open the cabinet door and the lighting zone switches on automatically. Close it and the lights switch off again.
Designed for one cabinet door, using a close-range sensor so the lighting responds as the door moves away from or returns to the sensing position.
Best for double-door cupboards
Either of two independently opening doors can operate the same cabinet-lighting zone.
Ideal where either door needs to bring the lights on, while keeping both doors tied to one simple control point at the driver.
Every sensor includes a surface-mount adapter, so you can choose the installation style that best suits the cabinet or fitted furniture.
12mm cut-out

Aurelia can form part of a conventionally switched installation, so a separate 24V sensor is not compulsory where the project is controlled from a suitable wall switch or other appropriate switching arrangement.
Everything needed to specify Aurelia confidently, with the key dimensions, electrical data, mounting information and light-output figures in one place.
All versions use the same 2.3W Aurelia fitting; output and colour-rendering data vary by white-light option.
Driver: supplied as part of the complete lighting setup selected through the Project Builder, rather than included in the single-light starting price.
No registration. No extra forms. Five years of cover from purchase.
We prefer to publish specifications we can stand behind rather than an estimated operating-life figure that can vary with installation and operating conditions. Aurelia is instead backed by a full five-year guarantee.
Good under cabinet lighting is about more than choosing a bright fitting. Position, spacing, worktop finish and which lights need to operate together all influence the finished result.
Aurelia has a broad 120° beam, so the aim is an even spread of useful light across the worktop without unnecessary fittings, dark gaps or distracting reflections.
Back from the front edge is a useful starting point for task lighting.
Between light centres is a sensible starting point for Aurelia.
Lights that need to behave together should be configured in the same zone.
There is no single spacing rule that suits every project, so use the starting points above and adjust them to the actual cabinetry and surfaces.
Not automatically. Plan around the length of worktop you want to illuminate. A wide cabinet may benefit from more than one fitting, while a narrow section may not need a dedicated light.
Dark matt surfaces absorb more light; pale surfaces reflect more. Highly polished stone can create stronger reflections, so check the proposed positions before final fixing.
For food preparation and working areas, prioritise even coverage. Aurelia is dimmable, so the same installation can be softened later for a more relaxed evening atmosphere.
Corner units and changes in cabinet depth can interrupt an otherwise even run. Treat these areas separately and check the spread of light from the intended viewing position.
Use one zone where all lights should operate together. Create separate zones where different areas need independent switching, sensors or dimming control.
Yes. Move fittings closer together where you want a stronger or more continuous task-light effect. The 250–300mm figure is a starting point, not a compulsory rule.
Use this sequence before you build the final setup in the Project Builder.
Compare all eight LoopsDirect 24V under cabinet lighting styles by shape, mounting method, profile and available finishes. Hover over a finish swatch on desktop — or tap it on mobile — to preview that version.
Only finishes actually available for each range are shown. The text beneath the swatches updates to show which white-light options are offered in that finish.
Flush, discreet round light for a more integrated cabinet finish.
Classic surface-mounted round light with the broadest choice of white-light options.
Ultra-low-profile round design where minimal projection is the priority.
Angled cabinet light designed for edges, corners and a more architectural look.
Clean contemporary square design for a sharper, more architectural aesthetic.
Compact linear under-cabinet fitting with a crisp contemporary profile.
Longer linear fitting with selectable white light in a very slim profile.
Long linear fitting for projects where the preferred fixed white is already known.
From colour temperature and brightness to 24V drivers, sensors and installation, these frequently asked questions cover the details that matter when planning a complete under cabinet lighting system.
2700K, 4000K and 6000K in one fitting.
The Project Builder matches the correct driver to each zone.
One compatible sensor controls all lights on that driver.
No separate registration required.
Surface mounting, applications and how Aurelia fits into the finished space.
It fixes directly beneath the cabinet instead of sitting inside a large recessed cut-out. Aurelia uses a separate bezel that is screwed to the cabinet before the light snaps into position.
Choose surface mounting when you want straightforward installation without a large cut-out, or when you want the fitting to form part of the finished look. Recessed lighting is the alternative where an almost flush appearance is the priority.
No. It can also be used in suitable dry indoor fitted furniture, wardrobes, home bars, display cabinetry and similar applications.
Yes. Aurelia is dimmable, so it can provide useful worktop light at higher output and be reduced later for a softer background effect.
CCT, lumens, colour rendering and choosing the right shade of white.
Warm White is 217lm, Natural White is 242lm, Cool White is 238lm, and the CCT version is 150–180lm depending on the selected setting.
Natural White at 4000K has the highest stated fixed-white output at 242 lumens.
CCT is the most flexible choice. It gives you 2700K, 4000K and 6000K in the same fitting, so you can test the options in the finished room and change the setting again later.
Yes. Unclip the fitting from the surface bezel, move the selector on the rear, then snap the fitting back into position. No replacement light or rewiring is required.
CRI describes how naturally colours appear under a light source. Aurelia CCT versions are rated above CRI 90, while the fixed-white versions are above CRI 80.
How the 24V power system is sized, connected and divided into independent areas.
Aurelia is a 24V DC fitting, not a mains-voltage light. The driver converts the incoming mains supply to the 24V power required by the lighting system.
You do not need to calculate it yourself. The Project Builder uses the quantity and wattage of the lights in each zone to select a compatible driver.
No. Multiple lights can be powered together from one suitable driver as part of the same lighting zone, subject to the driver capacity and connections.
A zone is simply a group of lights that operate together. Create separate zones when different groups need different sensors or independent control.
Yes, where appropriately installed. The included bare-ended mains cable is suitable for fixed wiring, for example as part of an installation controlled from a suitable light switch.
Control behaviour, mounting requirements, indoor suitability and long-term cover.
No. One compatible sensor can control all of the lights connected to the same driver within that lighting zone.
It detects movement across approximately 1–3m and a 90° angle. The lighting stays on while occupancy continues to be detected and switches off around 30 seconds after movement stops.
No. Aurelia is surface mounted. The bezel fixes beneath the cabinet and the cable can use the bezel notch, or a small cable hole can be made for concealed routing.
The true installed projection is 16mm.
No. Aurelia is IP20 and intended for suitable dry indoor locations.
Aurelia is covered by a full five-year guarantee from purchase, with no separate guarantee registration required.
Choose your Aurelia lights, divide the installation into zones and decide how each area should be controlled. The Project Builder will automatically match the compatible 24V driver and required accessories.
