The 200mm long, 40mm wide body creates a more pronounced linear detail beneath the cabinet while staying only 6.8mm high.
24V · Linear · Surface Mounted · 5-Year Guarantee
Longer lines. Ultra-slim profile. Flexible white light.
Choose the finish, area to illuminate and control. Every Linea Select fitting includes selectable 2700K, 4000K and 6000K white light. The Project Builder suggests a practical starting quantity, then matches the correct 24V driver, required distribution and compatible controls for each lighting zone.
Save a Project Pack to share the selected lights, system parts and zones with your fitter or electrician.
Linea Select is a slim 200mm linear LED cabinet light for customers who want a longer illuminated fitting beneath kitchen units. At only 6.8mm high, the 200 × 40mm surface mounted body creates a clean architectural line without the bulk of a deeper striplight or the shape of a round cabinet light.
Every finish: selectable 2700K Warm · 4000K Natural · 6000K Cool White.
Linea Select is the dedicated CCT linear fitting in the Loops 24V cabinet lighting range. Its 200 × 40mm body gives you a longer, narrower illuminated shape than Linea Compact while remaining only 6.8mm high. Choose it when you want a slim linear cabinet light with a defined fitting rather than a round puck, compact rectangle or long continuous LED strip.
The 200mm long, 40mm wide body creates a more pronounced linear detail beneath the cabinet while staying only 6.8mm high.
Measure the worktop or cabinet run you actually want to illuminate. The Project Builder uses that length to suggest a practical starting quantity, which you can adjust for the real layout.
Choose Aluminium or Black. Every Linea Select light gives you 2700K, 4000K and 6000K selectable white light, then the Builder guides you through the compatible on/off control routes.
Why choose Linea Select? It combines a longer 200mm linear form, ultra-slim 6.8mm profile, two contemporary finishes and front accessible CCT selection. Two colour matched screws fix directly through the fitting, with no separate bracket or cover plate.
The 200mm linear face spreads the illuminated panel over a longer, narrower fitting while the 6.8mm profile keeps it discreet beneath the cabinet. It suits kitchens and fitted furniture where you want under cupboard lighting to read as a deliberate linear detail rather than a round or compact rectangular fitting.
Aluminium and Black both use the same 4W CCT fitting, with 2700K, 4000K and 6000K selected using the CCT button on the face of each light.
A clean, understated finish that works naturally with stainless details, pale cabinetry and contemporary kitchen schemes.
A stronger contemporary finish for dark cabinetry, black hardware and kitchens where the long linear fitting is intended to become part of the detail.
Every Linea Select light includes selectable CCT. Choose 2700K Warm White, 4000K Natural White or 6000K Cool White using the CCT button on the face of the fitting. The button remains accessible after installation, so you can change the white light later without removing the light.
There is no separate fixed-white version to choose. Every Linea Select fitting gives you three selectable white light settings, so the final tone can be decided on site and changed later if the room, worktop or preferred look changes.
A warmer white that suits timber, warmer stone, warm metallic details and kitchens where you want a softer evening feel.
Best for: warmer interiors and a softer atmosphere.A clean neutral white that works particularly well for everyday kitchen task lighting and a wide range of worktop finishes.
Best for: balanced everyday task lighting.A cooler white for contemporary kitchens, cooler finishes and customers who prefer a sharper, brighter-looking tone.
Best for: crisp contemporary interiors and cooler schemes.Linea Select forms part of a low voltage under cabinet lighting system running at 24V DC. Each light uses 4W and each lighting zone uses one matched driver. Choose the lights and zones you want; the Project Builder matches the compatible driver, required distribution and controls for each zone.
You do not need to calculate driver wattage, count connection ports or work out which distribution accessories are required. Build each lighting zone and we match the compatible power system behind it.
The exact driver and accessories are matched to your project automatically.
The driver is sized from the combined wattage of the lights in that zone. Each Linea Select light uses 4W. The Builder totals the combined load and selects a driver with suitable capacity.
Compatible 6 way distribution blocks expand the available light connections. One driver port feeds the block, which then provides six light connections. The Project Builder automatically adds the required quantity where needed.
No. Multiple Linea Select lights can operate from one compatible driver when they belong to the same lighting zone. Each zone uses one matched driver; capacity and available connections determine how the lights are grouped.
A lighting zone is a group of lights that operate together. Create another zone whenever a different area needs its own driver, sensor or switching behaviour.
Six Linea Select lights operate together from one matched driver and switch on or off with the driver’s mains supply.
Three lights operate independently and switch automatically using a PIR occupancy sensor.
A separate cabinet lighting group operates from its own driver and compatible door sensor.
Choose the supplied mains cable for fixed wiring, or add the optional 2m UK plug cable where a suitable socket is available. Mains electrical work should be completed by a suitably competent person.
Any work involving the mains electrical supply should be carried out appropriately for the installation and applicable regulations.
Linea Select is not dimmable, so the Touch On/Off & Dimmer is not offered for this style. Choose automatic PIR or door control, or select No Sensor and use a standard on/off wall switch to control the driver’s mains supply.
Best for automatic occupancy lighting
Walk into the detection area and the whole lighting zone comes on automatically.
The lights remain on while movement or occupancy continues to be detected, then switch off around 30 seconds after movement stops.
Best for single door cupboards
Open the cabinet door and the lighting zone switches on automatically. Close it and the lights switch off again.
Designed for one cabinet door, using a short range sensor so the lighting responds as the door moves away from or returns to the sensing position.
Best for double door cupboards
Either of two independently opening doors can operate the same cabinet lighting zone.
Ideal where either door needs to bring the lights on, while keeping both doors tied to one simple control point at the driver.
Best for conventional wall switching
Choose No Sensor when the lighting zone will be switched on and off using a standard wall switch controlling the driver’s mains supply.
A mains wall dimmer is not compatible. Linea Select and the supplied driver arrangement are on/off only for this style.
PIR and door sensors include a surface mount adapter, so you can choose the installation style that best suits the cabinet or fitted furniture.
12mm cut-out
Ø14mm max · 20mm depth
2m fitted cable
30mm wide · 16mm projection
28.5mm deep · 21mm fixing centres
Includes adhesive mounting pad and 2 × 2.5mm × 10mm screws.
The compatible PIR and door sensors switch the zone on and off. If you choose No Sensor, a standard on/off wall switch can control the driver’s mains supply. Do not use a mains wall dimmer, and do not select the Touch Dimmer used with dimmable styles.
Choose the Linea Select finish, layout and on/off control preference. The Builder matches the compatible 24V system and updates the complete project price as you go.
Start with the worktop or cabinet area you want to illuminate. The Project Builder suggests a practical quantity; you then refine the alignment, positions and cable routes before anything is permanently fixed.
Measure the worktop or cabinet run you actually want to illuminate. The Builder uses that length to suggest a starting quantity, which you can then adjust for the finished layout and the 200mm fitting length.
On a run of multiple fittings, keep the 200mm bodies consistently oriented and the same distance from the cabinet front. Around 30–50mm back from the front edge is a useful starting point for task lighting, but test the real effect before permanent fixing.
Each Linea Select light has a 2m fitted cable exiting from the rear at the short side. Plan the cable direction before fixing the long body, decide where the driver will remain accessible and add 2m or 5m extensions only where extra reach is required.
Hold the 200mm fitting in the proposed position, check how the longer illuminated panel sits over the worktop and choose the preferred 2700K, 4000K or 6000K setting. Confirm alignment and cable routing before securing it with the two screws.
Linea Select fixes directly to the underside of the cabinet using two colour matched wood screws. The screws pass straight through the fitting, so there is no separate mounting bracket or cover plate. The 2m cable exits from the rear at the short side.
Hold the light beneath the cabinet and check both the worktop illumination and how the 200mm linear fitting looks from normal standing positions.
The fitted 2m cable leaves the rear at the short side. Plan its route to the driver before you make any permanent fixing or concealed cable opening.
Use the CCT button on the face of the light to choose 2700K, 4000K or 6000K. The button remains accessible after installation, so the setting can be changed later.
Secure Linea Select with the two supplied colour matched wood screws. They pass directly through the fitting; there is no bracket or cover plate to fit first.
Connect the fitted cable to the matched 24V system, keep the driver accessible and confirm the complete zone switches correctly before handover.
Yes. The CCT button remains accessible on the face of Linea Select. Choose 2700K, 4000K or 6000K without removing the fitting.
The key dimensions, output and installation details needed to specify this slim 200mm linear 24V cabinet light confidently.
Every finish uses the same CCT fitting. Select the preferred white on the front of the light. Published output is 230–270lm across the selectable settings; there is no separate fixed-white version in this range.
Driver: supplied as part of the complete lighting setup selected through the Project Builder, rather than included in the single light starting price.
Linea Select is surface mounted, so no large recessed light cut-out is required. Plan the rear cable route, keep the driver accessible and test the linear alignment before securing the fitting with its two screws.
Five years of cover from purchase.
We do not quote an estimated LED lifetime in hours because operating life can vary with installation and operating conditions.
Linea Select is the longer CCT linear option in the Loops range. Compare cabinet lights by shape, mounting method, profile, white light choice and finish, or browse all LED under cabinet lighting if you are still deciding.
Only finishes actually available for each range are shown. The text beneath the swatches updates to show which white-light options are offered in that finish. For the full range overview, compare all eight 24V under cabinet lighting styles.

Quick answers to the linear design, selectable white light, direct fixing and 24V compatibility questions most likely to matter before you build a Linea Select cabinet lighting project.
Linear profile, CCT flexibility, finish and planning choices.
Linea Select uses a 200 × 40mm linear face to create a longer illuminated shape beneath the cabinet. At only 6.8mm high it remains ultra slim, while the 200mm length gives a stronger linear identity than a round light or the shorter Linea Compact fitting.
No. Linea Select is a self-contained 200mm linear cabinet light with an integrated diffused light source and its own 2m connection cable. It gives a linear appearance beneath the cabinet but is a discrete fitting rather than flexible LED tape or a long linkable striplight.
Yes. Linea Select sits directly on the underside of the cabinet and is secured with two colour matched wood screws. It does not use a separate mounting bracket or cover plate.
No. The light itself is surface mounted. Plan only the cable route and any concealed opening needed for the fitted cable; the complete fitting does not need to be recessed into the cabinet.
Yes. The CCT button remains accessible on the face of Linea Select. You can switch between 2700K Warm White, 4000K Natural White and 6000K Cool White without removing or uninstalling the fitting.
Linea Select keeps all three common white-light settings in the same fitting. Choose 2700K, 4000K or 6000K on the face of the light during installation, then change it later if the kitchen finishes or preferred atmosphere change. If you already know you want one fixed white and do not need CCT flexibility, Linea Pure is the fixed-white linear option in the range.
Each Linea Select light uses 4W and has a published output of 230–270lm across its selectable white light settings.
No. Linea Select is an on/off fitting. The Project Builder removes the incompatible Touch Dimmer and keeps the compatible PIR, Single Door, Double Door and No Sensor routes available.
The 2m fitted cable exits from the rear of the light at the short side. Plan the cable direction and driver position before permanently fixing the light.
Linea Select is available in Aluminium and Black. Both finishes use the same 4W CCT fitting with selectable 2700K, 4000K and 6000K white light.
How the complete 24V system is powered, controlled and installed.
Yes. Linea Select is a 24V DC fitting. The LED driver, sometimes called a transformer, converts mains power to the 24V DC supply used by the lights. Each lighting zone uses one matched driver, selected automatically by the Project Builder.
The Project Builder supports up to 36 Linea Select lights in one zone and automatically matches the driver and required distribution. Create another zone when a group needs separate switching or sensor control.
Use the compatible PIR occupancy, Single Door or Double Door sensor, or choose No Sensor for a standard on/off wall switch arrangement. Linea Select is not dimmable, so the Touch Dimmer and mains wall dimmers are not compatible.
Yes. Choose the supplied mains cable for fixed wiring, or add the optional 2m UK plug cable where a suitable socket is available. Mains electrical work should be completed by a suitably competent person.
Two supplied colour matched wood screws pass directly through the fitting into the cabinet. There is no separate bracket or cover plate, making the fixing method straightforward.
Each light includes the 24V linear fitting, two colour matched wood screws, a 2m fitted connection cable and the built-in CCT button for 2700K / 4000K / 6000K selection. The matched driver is selected as part of the complete project and is not included in the single-light starting price.
Linea Select is covered by a 5-year guarantee from purchase.

What is a zone? One group of lights powered by one driver and controlled together. For example, worktop lights and island lights that need separate switching are two zones. Need different light styles on one shared control? Contact us before ordering.
Choose the finish that best suits your kitchen or furniture.
Choose the shade of white light that best suits your space.
Colour temperature changes the tone of white light — from warm and cosy to cool and crisp. It is different from brightness, so a cooler white does not automatically mean a brighter light.
Choose Warm, Natural or Cool White using the small switch on the back of each light. Unclip the light to change it later — ideal if you are unsure now or want the flexibility to change the mood.
A softer, warmer white. Works particularly well with cosy interiors, warm woods, brass finishes and relaxed evening lighting.
A balanced neutral white that keeps colours looking natural. A strong all-round fixed choice for kitchens and work surfaces.
A cooler, crisper white appearance. Suits clean contemporary spaces and customers who prefer a fresher-looking white light.
Choose how many lights you want in this zone. We'll match the correct driver automatically.
Measure the worktop you want to illuminate, then use the guide below.
Selected light:Enter the illuminated worktop run and we'll suggest a starting quantity with sensible spacing between the lights and space left at both ends.
Measure the worktop length you actually want to light and note any gaps or corners.
Start at 250–300mm centres and keep the row of lights consistently positioned towards the front of the cabinet. Move them closer together for a stronger, more continuous task-light effect.
Temporarily position the lights and switch them on. Worktop finish and corners can affect the final appearance.
You choose the lights. We'll automatically match the smallest suitable compatible driver on the next step.
A driver is the required 24V power supply for your lights. We'll automatically add the smallest compatible driver to this zone, so you don't need to calculate or choose one yourself.
Why is a distribution block included? A 6-way block uses one driver light port and provides six light connections, adding five extra usable connections. We add only the minimum number needed.
What is a distribution block? It is only needed when the zone has more lights than the driver has light ports. This driver already has enough connections.
Now choose how that driver will receive mains power.
Choose how this zone should switch on, off or dim. One control operates every light in the zone.
Check your setup below before saving this zone.
Add another zone for lights you want to control separately, or review your project when all of your zones are complete.
