Shipping policy

Free Delivery
We offer free standard delivery to Mainland UK across everything on our site. We aim to deliver standard orders within 2–3 working days.

We also offer a premium delivery option for £7.50. Orders sent using this service will normally arrive the next working day, although delivery can take up to 2 working days.

Cut-Off Times
If you order by 3pm, Monday to Friday, we will aim to dispatch your order the same working day.

Non-Mainland UK
Additional delivery charges may apply to some orders being sent to the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. If an additional charge is required, we will contact you before dispatch.

Our 24V Under-Cabinet Lighting range is delivered free throughout the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands.

Failed Deliveries
If our courier is unable to deliver because nobody is available at the address, they will generally leave a card or provide delivery instructions.

If delivery cannot be completed after repeated attempts and the parcel is returned to us, additional delivery charges may apply if you would like the order sent again.

Working Days
A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

While we always aim to meet the delivery times shown, courier delays can occasionally occur and we are unable to offer compensation for deliveries that arrive later than expected.

Europe & Rest of World
If you are based in Europe or another country and our website cannot calculate a delivery price for you, please contact us at customerservices@loopsdirect.com and we will be happy to provide a delivery quote.
