30-second colour guide
Choose your white light with confidence
Colour temperature changes the tone of white light — from warm and cosy to cool and crisp.
It is different from brightness, so a cooler white does not automatically mean a brighter light.
Most flexibleColour Changing White (CCT) — 3 colours in 1
2700K · 4000K · 6000K
Choose Warm, Natural or Cool White using the small switch on the back of each light.
Unclip the light to change it later — ideal if you are unsure now or want the flexibility to change the mood.
Warm White
3000K fixed white
A softer, warmer white. Works particularly well with cosy interiors, warm woods, brass finishes and relaxed evening lighting.
Natural White
4000K fixed white
A balanced neutral white that keeps colours looking natural. A strong all-round fixed choice for kitchens and work surfaces.
Cool White
5000K fixed white
A cooler, crisper white appearance. Suits clean contemporary spaces and customers who prefer a fresher-looking white light.
Still unsure?
Choose Colour Changing White (CCT) if you want flexibility. The white-light colour is selected using the small switch on the back of each light, not a remote or wall control.
What does Kelvin (K) mean?
Kelvin is simply the scale used for white-light colour: lower numbers look warmer and higher numbers look cooler. Fixed-colour lights stay at the colour you order; Colour Changing White (CCT) gives you multiple white-light settings in one fitting.

Quick planning guide
Plan your light layout
Measure the worktop you want to illuminate, then use the guide below.
Selected light:
Plan the worktop — not the cabinet doors.
Space the lights across the worktop you want to illuminate rather than automatically fitting one light to each door.
Quick quantity estimateKnow the length you want to light?
Enter the illuminated worktop run and we'll suggest a starting quantity with sensible spacing between the lights and space left at both ends.
Enter your run length to get a starting estimate.
The estimate spaces the lights evenly and leaves an end margin of roughly half the centre spacing, so the first and last fittings are not placed at the cabinet ends. Corners, gaps, worktop finish and your preferred light level can still change the final quantity.
View from underneath the cabinetUse the front edge shown as your positioning reference.
1
Measure the illuminated run
Measure the worktop length you actually want to light and note any gaps or corners.
2
Lay out the fittings evenly
Start at 250–300mm centres and keep the row of lights consistently positioned towards the front of the cabinet. Move them closer together for a stronger, more continuous task-light effect.
3
Test before final fixing
Temporarily position the lights and switch them on. Worktop finish and corners can affect the final appearance.
