Overview
A very well made fire retardant ABS enclosure, made by Austin Taylor who were a premium supplier to BT (Box is BT Branded). We bought all their excess stock when they closed down their UK operation and therefore can offer these products at heavily discounted rates. It was made for BT cable connections and has a 3 way mount frame which is supplied with a quantity of 3x 237B strip connection. There is a common earthing point within the box, cable access is via the integral knockouts which are around the lid. 51A designation strip can be used to mark up (identify) the 237 strips. The 220B also features a deep lid, this is very handy for when there is a lot of wires and also allows for fitment of 5B mount protectors.
How To Use Mount Frame
Suitable for mounting up to a quantity of 3 x '10 Pair 237 Strip Connections' - total of 30 x twisted pair capacity. The included 10 pair 237B strip connections simply push on to the frame. Commonly used as a junction/distribution box for attaching telephones lines together. A 10 pair 237 strip connection has 40 IDC ports, 20 incoming and 20 outgoing which are jointed together individually.
