Soldering Iron Stand - cleaning sponge included
Overview - The insulated stand protects your work surface from heat damage, and ensures you always have a safe, secure place to keep your iron when working.
Features - The stand also includes a cleaning sponge to remove excess solder from the iron’s tip, lower its temperature if necessary and help with ‘tinning’ the iron (coating the tip with a fine layer of solder).
Safety - The spiral design is intended to completely surround the tip of the iron in order to prevent anything (including you) from coming into contact with the hot area once it is placed into the stand.
The stand has also been tested to CE standards to ensure its safe operation at all times, and to RoHS standards to ensure no dangerous or harmful materials were used in its construction.
