Coaxial Cable (Coax Cable) is a type of electrical cable that transmits RF (Radio Frequency) signals from one point to another. They are generally used to connect Satellite Antennas & TV Aerials directly to the TV or receiver box (such as Sky or Freeview).

Whilst connecting Aerials to TV’s is the primary use of coaxial cables, different types can be used for a host of other applications. For example, RG-59 cable is a popular choice for connecting CCTV systems, whilst RG-6 cable is best suited towards improving TV reception/signal. WF65 Twin Coaxial Cable is used by devices that feature twin tuners (recording boxes) such as Sky Plus HD.
