Overview:

This smooth-fit T-splitter outlet adapter fits our 16mm x 8mm trunking. This T-splitter adapter allows you to branch off from a length of trunking. This means you can run 1 length of trunking to one location and another length of trunking in a different direct whilst maintaining a seamless joint and an incredibly neat installation.

T-splitter is designed to be installed on a flat surface such as a wall enabling cable to leave the trunking (possibly run to a wall socket) or for a third piece of trunking which sits flush to the trunking piece.

This sized trunking adapter is perfect for speaker cable, great for on stages for gigs, schools and/or pubs/restaurants.

The 2-way T-Splitter adapter can be painted to match any décor.

Self-extinguishing & UV Stabilised construction – this means that all of our trunking and trunking adapters are made from a high quality PVC that is self-extinguishing and thanks to material being UV stabilised, these products will not discolour when exposed to direct sunlight ideal in any office or workplace.

What is a Smooth Fit Adapter?

A smooth adapter allows you to connect trunking without having to use a tool or glue. It simply slots into the trunking and is held in place when the trunking is snap sealed. The smooth fit allows a sleek look providing a clean finish to the job.

How to install a smooth fit adapter?

Place the trunking onto the wall where it is required, cutting to the appropriate length with a hack saw or a D-shaped trunking cutting tool. Then simply slide the adapter into the trunking to join the two pieces together. Once the trunking adapter is installed you can now run the cable through, allowing the change of direction required.
