The speakers and speaker cable are outdoor rated and you can adjust the music and volume playing through the amplifier via your mobile phone, tablet or any Wi-Fi enabled device within Wi-Fi range.

The speakers are powered by an incredibly compact 80W SMART Wi-Fi amplifier. You can stream music from any of your enabled devices to this amplifier and the audio signal will then be relayed from the amp into the outdoor speakers via the supplied speaker cable. You can also link your Music Streaming accounts to this amp, but below is a summary of the many features that this amplifier has:

Wi-Fi Control – Unlike previous generation amplifiers that allow wireless connection via Bluetooth, this amplifier connects to your devices wirelessly via Wi-Fi / the internet. There are a number of reasons as to why this is a major improvement, but the main ones are:

Range – Bluetooth has a range of around 10m. With Wi-Fi, the only range is your internet signal. If you get the internet at one side of your house / garden, you will be able to control this amplifier.

Reliability & Connection – Wi-Fi is much more secure than Bluetooth so no unwanted connections can occur. Wi-Fi is also much more stable and is less likely to drop signal or break up like Bluetooth

App Control – This amplifier has its own (FREE) Phone / Tablet app that allows you to link your Spotify / Amazon Music / Apple Music / Digital Radio all through one simple app. No need for a separate remote. Simply hide the amp away and you can control everything without needing line of sight.

Multi-Room / Zoning – The clever app allows you to set-up and control multiple amplifiers from a single device (app). This is perfect for multi-room / multi-zone applications where you would like to control the volume of each system separately / combine zones into 1, all from your phone / tablet. Depending on the level of music streaming service you use, you can also play different things in different zones at the same time and control all volumes separately. This is an incredibly versatile piece of kit and a fantastic alternative to SONOS.

Power – The amplifier may be small, but it packs a punch, at peak, this small unit will pump out an impressive 80W max. However, thanks to the latest, CLASS-D DIGITAL sound reproduction technology, this little stereo amplifier sounds much louder than the figures suggest… It really is impressive! The amp can handle any domestic environment and most commercial environments (depending on the nature of the install).

Connectivity – Not all devices have a Wi-Fi option such as CD players or TV’s. Don’t worry, this amplifier has a line input, it is also supplied with a connection cable to save you the hassle of ordering one.

Line Output – Perfect for connecting this to a larger bank of speakers, to one of our excellent active subwoofers for a bass boost or even a sound-bar, this feature allows you to connect the mini amp to a myriad of devices without upsetting the load balance of the unit.

PLEASE NOTE – This amplifier is not outdoor rated, so it would have be kept safe from the elements / water. This could be installed within a ceiling space or cupboard in another room as the amplifier is very compact. Further Information – How to install:

1) – First of all, you need to connect the amplifier to the speaker splitter (input) by attaching a length of the included speaker cable to the positive and negative connections on the back of the amplifier. These positive and negative connections are often referred to as binding post terminals. Strip back the end of your speaker cable and push the binding post, this will reveal a slot for your speaker cable, insert and release the binding post. This type of connection will also accept banana plugs. If you would prefer to use them, they will work perfectly.

You can now run a length of cable from each output on the splitter into each speaker.

2) – Now plug the UK mains power cable supplied into the power point on the back of the amplifier, take the other end of the cable and plug into a mains power socket. You will see a light come on the front of the unit when the amp is switched on.

3) – Connect the amplifier to your Wi-Fi network using the free app. The step-by-step instructions listed on the app will have you connected in a couple of minutes, but if you need any help at all installing this, we are here to help you!

If you are connecting via a hard wired cable, just ensure that you have selected the “line input” source on the front of the amp.
